
Nutec is managed by the two principals of the company, Jaye Routledge and Neil Gray. Our core staff also includes 10 associate professional and support staff including course developers, technical writers, illustrators and desktop publishers.
Others such as video production, computer-based training, and technical specialists work with us on a project basis.
Jaye
Routledge
Ms. Routledge has managed numerous custom designed training
projects and delivered workshops to clients in Canada and the
United States. In 1990, she was invited to instruct at Simon
Fraser University, Department of Continuing Studies. Her course,
Designing Training Materials is offered through the Writing and
Publishing Program. She has also authored the following manuals
and training courses:
Jaye's strengths are in instructional design, project management
and Train-the-Trainer workshops. She has developed instructional
design standards for several major organizations and trained
in-house personnel to manage training projects. Jaye has
conducted over 125 workshops for new and seasoned trainers on
instructional techniques, course design, needs analysis, program
evaluation, coaching skills and presentation skills. Her
workshops combine practical, proven techniques with fresh,
innovative approaches. These qualities have made her workshops
effective and enjoyable.
Jaye's experience includes project design and management,
curriculum development, course design, training for trainers,
technical writing, editing and production of videotaped programs
for training. Her clients have included a wide range of
organizations in government, business and industry.
Neil
Gray

Neil has managed numerous custom designed training projects and
delivers workshops to clients in Canada and the United States.
Neil's strengths are in project management, training needs
analysis, job and task analysis, course development and
Train-the-Trainer workshops . He has designed and conducted over
200 Train-the-Trainer workshops on presentation skills,
instructional techniques, coaching skills, needs analysis and
program evaluation. His broad training, management, technical and
trades experience gives him a practical hands-on approach in the
workshops. This approach, combined with his sense of humor, has
made him an excellent trainer and a recognized leader in the
design and delivery of Train-the-Trainer workshops.
Neil's experience also includes marketing, graphic support and
electronic publishing. His clients have included a wide range of
organizations in government, business and industry.
